- Give an address or contact details in South Africa at which we can reach you

Fees
PAIA allows a private body to charge a request fee and an access fee, calculated in accordance with the prescribed tariff. Where a fee is payable we will tell you before processing the request, using the Outcome of Request and of Fees Payable form. We will not release the record until any fee due has been paid.
If we refuse your request
We will give written reasons for any refusal. PartnerBridge (Pty) Ltd is a private body, so a requester who is dissatisfied with our decision may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator, or apply to a court for appropriate relief.
